What does my business need to provide?
A spot with steady foot traffic, a standard power outlet, Wi-Fi and access for our team to restock and service the machine.
Who pays for the electricity?
The host. The machine plugs into a standard outlet at your location.
What if something breaks?
We handle all maintenance, service and payment issues.
Who do customers contact with a problem?
STASH. Every machine has a code customers scan to reach our support, and we reply within 2 business days.

What products can it carry?
Trading cards, phone chargers, power banks, earbuds, travel essentials and personal-care items, depending on the location and the machine format.
Who stocks the machine?
We do. STASH manages inventory, restocking and product rotation.
Can we request products?
Yes. We adjust the product mix based on your location and customer needs.

Is there a long contract?
No. There is no minimum term. Either side can end the agreement with 30 days' notice, and we come and collect the machine.
