Privacy Policy

In short: this website has no ads, no analytics, no tracking pixels and sets no cookies. We collect what you type into the "Host a STASH" form so we can reply to you. We don't sell your information or share it for advertising.

1. Who we are

This policy covers stashretailgroup.com (the "site"), run by Godtastic LLC d/b/a STASH Retail Group ("STASH", "we", "us"). It explains what we collect through the site, why, and the choices you have. Questions go to stashretailgroup@gmail.com.

2. What we collect

Information you give us

When you send the "Host a STASH" form, we receive:

Your name, email address and, if you enter them, your phone number and message
Your business or property name, address, city and property type
Which machine type you're interested in
A record that you checked the consent box, the date you sent the form and the website you sent it from

If you email or call us, we receive whatever you choose to share.

Address suggestions

When you type in the form's address box, the text you've typed so far is sent to Photon, an address search service run by komoot GmbH using OpenStreetMap data, so it can suggest matching addresses. Photon also receives your device's IP address, as any website does when your browser contacts it. We don't receive anything from Photon other than the list of suggestions. komoot is based in Germany, so this text may be handled outside the United States.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider, Netlify, keeps standard server logs when your browser loads the site: IP address, browser type, the page requested, the referring page and the time. These logs are used to deliver the site, keep it secure and fix problems. We don't use analytics, advertising or social media tracking tools, and we don't build profiles of visitors.

If you use the "Pause animations" button, your choice is saved in your own browser (see our Cookie Policy). It is never sent to us.

Purchases at STASH machines

Card and mobile payments at STASH machines are processed by third-party payment processors under their own privacy terms. We receive transaction records from them, such as the machine, time, item, amount and a partial card number, and use them to run the machines, restock, handle refunds and prevent fraud. We don't receive your full card number. Machines that sell age-restricted products may confirm your age before a sale, and the machine will show you how that check works.

3. How we use it

To reply to your request and talk with you about hosting a machine
To decide whether a location fits, and to prepare and manage host agreements and payments
To handle refund requests and customer questions
To keep the site and our machines secure and to prevent spam and fraud
To keep business records and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations

We contact you only about your request or an agreement you have with us. We don't send marketing text messages, and we won't unless you separately agree to receive them in writing. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

We don't sell personal information, and we don't share it for targeted advertising. We share it only with:

Service providers that run parts of our business for us: Google (Google Sheets, Gmail and Apps Script store form requests and notify us by email), Netlify (website hosting), komoot (address suggestions) and our payment processors. They may use it only to provide their services.
Property owners or managers, when needed to arrange a machine at the location you told us about.
Professional advisers, such as lawyers and accountants, under confidentiality duties.
Authorities or others when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our customers or the public.
A buyer or successor if our business is sold or reorganized, under this policy's protections.

5. How long we keep it

We keep form requests as long as we need them to reply to you and to manage any host relationship, and after that only as long as needed for legal, tax or accounting reasons. You can ask us to delete your request at any time.

6. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to:

Tell you what personal information we have about you and give you a copy
Correct it
Delete it
Stop contacting you

Email stashretailgroup@gmail.com or call 786-486-2722. We may need to confirm your identity first. We aim to respond within 45 days. We won't treat you differently for making a request. Some state privacy laws, including Florida's, give these rights only for businesses of a certain size, but we honor these requests for everyone.

Because we don't track visitors, there is nothing for "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control signals to turn off. We respect them anyway.

7. Children

This site is meant for business owners and property managers. It isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information. You must be 18 or older to send the form. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

8. Security

The site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and form requests are stored in an access-restricted account. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't send sensitive information such as bank or ID numbers through the form.

9. Changes

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top. If a change materially affects how we use information we already have, we'll ask for your consent where the law requires it.
