Accessibility Statement

In short: we want everyone to be able to use this site and our machines. If something doesn't work for you, tell us and we'll fix it or help another way.

1. Our goal

We aim for this site to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. We test with keyboard navigation, screen reader labels and automated accessibility checks, and we keep working on it as the site changes.

2. What we've done

A "Skip to main content" link and clear headings on every page
Every part of the site works with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline
Text descriptions for meaningful images
Text and background colors chosen to meet contrast requirements
Labeled form fields, required fields marked in text, and error messages that are announced to screen readers
A "Pause animations" button, and animations turn off automatically if your device is set to reduce motion

3. Known limitations

Address suggestions come from an outside service (Photon). If they don't work well with your assistive technology, you can type the full address yourself.
Machine images are illustrations. Their descriptions summarize what's shown rather than every detail.

4. At our machines

If you have trouble using a STASH machine, such as reaching it, reading the screen or paying, contact us with the location and we'll help and look at what we can change.
