In short: this site doesn't use cookies. It saves one setting in your browser only if you press "Pause animations." Because there are no tracking or advertising cookies, there's no cookie banner to accept.
1. What cookies and browser storage are
Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. Local storage is a similar feature that lets a site save a setting on your device. Both can be used to remember preferences or to track people across websites.
2. What this site uses

That's the only thing the site saves on your device. We don't use:
- Analytics cookies (such as Google Analytics)
- Advertising or retargeting cookies or pixels (such as Meta or TikTok pixels)
- Social media widgets or embedded videos or maps that set their own cookies
3. Outside services the site contacts
- Fonts are hosted on our own site, so loading a page doesn't contact Google Fonts or other font services.
- Address suggestions in the "Host a STASH" form come from Photon (komoot GmbH). What you type in the address box is sent to Photon to find matching addresses. The request is made without cookies.
- Form requests are sent to a Google Apps Script connected to our Google Sheet. The request is made without cookies.
- Hosting is provided by Netlify, which keeps standard server logs. See our Privacy Policy.
4. Why there's no cookie banner
Consent banners are used to ask permission for cookies or tracking that aren't needed to run a site. This site doesn't use any. The one setting it saves exists only to honor a choice you made by pressing a button. If we ever add analytics, advertising or other non-essential cookies, we'll update this policy and ask for consent where the law requires it before using them.
5. How to clear it
You can clear the saved animation setting by pressing "Play animations" or by clearing site data for stashretailgroup.com in your browser settings.
